The families of Saint Catherine's participated in a Family Night where they learned to bake prosforo. Each family worked together to make two loaves of prosforo! Additionally, the night consisted of lessons from Father Dionysios and Presbytera Maria on the importance of prosforo, its meaning, and a demonstratation what is done during orthros at the proskomide. We ate dinner together, sampled the prosforo bread, and ended with prayer. It was a fruitful time growing in the faith together. God bless everyone!
